Stephanie Johnson, CYT
Stephanie combines her enthusiasm and love of yoga with a knowledge of alignment and body mechanics. Her classes are fun and playful with easy-to-follow instructions encouraging students of all levels to work deeply while honoring and working with their limitations. She teaches a reflective flow focusing on alignment and sensations within the body and mind.
Stephanie has been studying yoga since 1998 and in 2006 her passion for yoga lead to teaching. Stephanie has studied many traditions over the years including Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Anusara, Bikram, Iyengar, Yoga Therapy and Forrest Yoga. She has also studied meditation and mindfulness practices with Thich Naht Hahn and the Shambhala Center.

being, from bodily health to self realization. Yoga means union - the union of
body with consciousness and consciousness with the soul. Yoga cultivates the
